School of Continuing Studies

In a collaborate effort we developed a strategy for the school to communicate effectively with their respective audiences. The diverse array of educational opportunities include a non-professional culinary program, certificate programs, senior development, in addition to bachelor and master degree programs.

We had previously participated in the design and developed the two previous university template designs and thus incorporated this new strategy into the framework while accounting for new directions. Personas were created to aid in the information architecture as well as utilizing focus groups and user testing.

E-Newsletter

A design template was established for use university wide. The design had to accommodate each of the five schools as well as any department or office.

Homepage Concept

This is a formal concept presented to a select board as a site redesign was under way.

Admission Concept

This is a formal concept of the admission homepage presented as a departure geared towards high school students while maintaining the integrity of the core site structure and design.

Additional Work

We also single handedly established a university wide image database. We keyworded, dated, documented and organized over 10,000 original images. We trained key personnel on the use and management of the database.
